In case you haven't heard, but are interested to know...the University Park Village Barnes & Noble is closing! :( You can go to their Facebook page and post your desire to "save" it, though. Here's a link.

Caramel-Like Dip

What better time than Fall to enjoy apples and "caramel" dip?!

8oz softened cream cheese

1/2 cup (dark) brown sugar -- dark just helps the coloring, I think

1/2 tsp vanilla

Mix and enjoy!
